Light in the Dark...

Who knew just picking a name for this site would be so hard?  I think I went through ten names before I found one I liked that wasn’t taken.  Maybe I should’ve tried to be less creative and just gone with something simple like, britnilynn.  With my luck, it’s already taken too though.  But I think I found something good.  Light the dark.  So many meanings to me.  It can be taken so many ways.  A religious perspective, the Lord is our light in the dark.  Or showing off what little light I have amongst the dark signals I so often give off (did I mention I have a hard time opening up?)  ;)  Or even allowing others to possibly find some “light”/comedic/light-hearted/relaxed things in an adult world where everything needs to be so dark/mature/serious/and stressful.  There are so many things that “light” represents and it’s our job to find them in such a dark, dark world.  So, as I explore the light in my life and in my world, I challenge you to find your light and embrace it.
