Light in the Dark...

But I seriously can’t help it.  I cannot stand when 7, 8, 9, 10 year old kids are climbing slides, or jumping over them while other kids are trying to go down, or pushing kids around like they own the place…it is seriously one of the most obnoxious things, especially when you’re chasing around a one year old who’s just trying to enjoy a nice ride on the slide. And their parents are RIGHT THERE!  Yes, I did politely ask a girl to get off the slide three times!  Yes, I was this close to pushing her back to see how she liked it.  Of course, with the threat of child abuse looming over my head, I just picked up my child and returned the safe haven of the baby swings.  Crazy tweens ruining my lovely evening at the park.

I suppose though, I’d rather be “that mom” at the park than the mom who lets their child run around like a little hooligan.
